Preseason wake up!

First time blogger..first time 12WBT.

Have joined this journey with my niece, Annie. I live in Wagga Wagga, she lives in Melbourne. 

We are calling ourselves

We have joined 12WBT together to push each other...she to shed her last stubborn 5kgs (already lost 30kgs using BLC last year!!) And me to drop my last 10-15kgs after losing 20kgs last year on BLC (but gaining back 10kgs in the excitement of having  new body and new found happiness!!)...  Must learn not to get too excited about things...ah what the heck...wahooo!!

Here goes!! Getting my head around it all at the moment...little steps...have my bottle of zero and heading off for a swim before dinner...

...now dinner...???   Baramundi on the BBQ, salad & veg from my and our neighbours gardens...
