Got up early...walked Rocky my dog (see gorgeous pic!) up on top off the hill near our house...he was crashed well before me..so took him home hey wimp he is...!! BEFORE
AFTER
and then headed off to my lake nearby, Lake Albert in Wagga Wagga...and..I WALKED ALL THE WAY AROUND THE LAKE IN 57 MINUTES !!!
...was beautiful. Feel fantastic.
Headed home for a swim exercising in the pool (yep still going Mish!!)....had a BL Shake with lots of ice, fruit, yoghurt etc for breakie and am now ready for the day...
FEEL THE BEST !!! Yay me!!!
